How to use Club Online

2. Please enter your User ID and Password.
* When you sign on to Club Online for the first time, your Card Number, Date of Birth, Security Code and last 4 digits of your home phone number.
3. Please read "Club Online Customer Agreement" carefully and use Club Online upon agreement to the Customer Agreement. We will regard your Sign-on to the Club Online as your agreement to the Customer Agreement.
